Here you will find examples of my most recent work as a commercial copywriter and a communications strategist.
My contributions to these examples are generally limited to writing copy, editing copy, providing strategic counsel, collaborating with subject-matter experts, graphic designers and other skilled professionals, and working closely with clients to design and produce a final product that meets their objectives and satisfies their needs.
To be absolutely clear: I am not a graphic designer. However, I do understand the principles of graphic design, and you will find that I can work seamlessly with your graphics team. If you lack a designer, I can bring in my collaborators to work on the project for an additional fee.
My work generally falls into three categories, mostly within the business-to-business realm:
Online content, optimized for search engines, while remaining engaging and sharable for customers and stakeholders.
Customer content, including how-to articles, tutorials, infographics, white papers, profiles, op-eds, trade-magazine articles, newsletters, and advertisements, all of which are designed to:
- Convert prospects into customers.
- Keep your current customers coming back for more.
- Drive traffic to your web site or social media.
- Enhance your site’s performance on Google and other search engines.
- Position your company as a thought leader in its field.
Sales and marketing materials, including product brochures, service brochures, fact sheets, backgrounders, handouts, flyers, capabilities brochures, sales letters, postcards, presentations, sales sheets, posters, and technical data sheets.
